friends?

wow; college really changes things. for the good and the bad.
i feel like ive built some really valuable friendships here. it's amazing how close ive become with some people in the span of just four months.

some friendships, on the other hand...
haha.

it makes me sad, but i've learned my lesson before that i need to let go sometimes.

some people aren't who i thought they were.
i'm not who i thought i was.

regardless of what may happen though, i will choose to love.
i will choose to love the person, love our memories, and love them for who they are.
sometimes, loving them and loving myself means creating space.
but still, i choose to love and not burn bridges.

...or so i try to tell myself.
